I watched the game. It was an enjoyable show, regardless of what Tiger thinks about it.

At no time have I expressed in a braggadocious manner anything about Memphis over the CUSA6. When I comment about Memphis it is usually in response to a slight to my program, but I take care to present facts and make comments based on those facts. I know all too well the fickleness of success and failure.

My points consistently expressed are: 1. There is a drop off adding the CUSA6, 2. We could have done better by adding different schools, and 3. improvement is required. There should be nothing controversial about those three points as they are plainly evident.
Well 3 of the 6 added have won 2 of the last 6 cusa titles. That's adding the best from cusa all in good markets that can spend too .

The higher ups clearly wanted to go to 6 and their opinions matter more than some bitter old guy on a message board who is clearly miserable in the real world

Do you have nothing in your quiver except insults and misinformation? I have repeated presented facts as recently as today in another thread backing my three points.

We can continue in this vein if you wish. Regardless, I will not resort to personal attacks despite provocation.
It's not misinformation. You provide your slant and give zero credit no matter what the new AAC members do. I'll enjoy watching the new members beating Memphis and half of them are very capable of being on par or better than Memphis plenty in future years.

I give credit where it is due. For example, I consistently state UAB is a solid replacement and lately also believe UTSA merits inclusion for FB only.

If Memphis routinely falters against CUSA competition, then it is an indication of the deterioration of the program from heights previously obtained.

Football only? Oh I must have been dreaming when our women’s soccer team won the conference this year. Or when our baseball team took down teams like a ranked TCU and came a game away from the postseason.

Beat last year's attendance by a couple of hundred... Pretty good to get 41.5k

No. It was not enjoyable at all. But I do hope the 4 that will be moving to the AAC all win their bowls.

The only two sports that matter are football and men's basketball.

UTSA BB is a low major based on performance, facilities, and attendance.

Ave Massey Last Past Completed Seasons: 230
2022 -23 to date KP: 321
2021-22 Ave Attendance: 873 (not a typo - DIII schools can exceed)

Based on the three listed criteria, UTSA BB has no business belonging in the AAC and will be an obstacle to obtaining NCAA bids and seeding for other AAC schools.

Memphis did not merit an invitation.
