Best thing about the comments on that tweet was reading the fan of another school say yeah that happened to us.

And I agreed with him, I saw the UTEP game.

Found out it was a LaTech fan.

In the case of the Charlotte game, I don’t think the clock caused the errant inbound pass :/

clt says our coach should have called a time out anyway, and the refs could have reviewed the error.

The CUSA 6 are off to a great start in November (all are >.500).
oatm says that this is the first time in recorded history since Dr James Naismith invented the game for little old RICE to have benefited from the shenanigans of poor or biased officiating.

I saw the play live and a replay and really wasn’t not sure what happened.

Commentators were puzzled by the call for sure.

Time to move on from the Charlotte game and focus on UAB today. Another big game for Rice.
