RE: SBC Power Ratings: Week 13
I skipped week 12 so changes are from week 11 to week 13:
1. Troy (+1) - JMU's dismantling of Coastal vaults Troy to the top, who went on to also beat Coastal for the title
2. South Alabama (+1) - Close the season with a couple 27-20 wins, a H2H loss to Troy away from taking the top spot
3. Marshall (+1) - Struggled in the middle of the year a bit but close the year on a 4-game winning streak
4. James Madison (+1) - Absolutely throttled Coastal, won final 3 after a 3-game losing streak
5. Coastal Carolina (-4) - Been playing with fire all year with nailbiting wins, but man when they lose, they lose...
6. Louisiana (+2) - Very inconsistent this year but did have some quality wins (EMU, Marshall)
7. Southern Miss (+3) - Close with a win and bowl eligible, had a great win vs. Tulane early, also lost 3 of their final 4 though
8. Georgia Southern (+4) - I've felt I've had the Eagles a tad too low all season so using the App win as an excuse to give them a nice bump
9. App State (-) - Very disappointing season by App's standards and close with a rough rivalry loss to GS
10. Georgia State (-4) - Lose their last 3 to tumble towards the bottom of the rankings
11. ULM (-4) - Really not a terrible season for ULM with wins over TXST, GSU, and especially UL
12. Texas State (+2) - Get a win over A-State in their penultimate game and hopefully a coaching upgrade
13. Arkansas State (-2) - Close with a loss at TXST and a beatdown at home to Troy
14. Old Dominion (-1) - End the year losing 6 straight averaging 12.8 PPG over that stretch

I think the Southern Miss fans should take over this thread, complaining anytime anyone rates UL over us, since we beat them and ended with the same record. (I kid, I kid!)
