Ugly W. Good game Owls. Hell of an effort and that QB is sick.

Warner reminds of Shane Carden. Very good short and mid range passing game. Kid throw dimes and his receivers were sure handed. We got very lucky to win today.

You are so right. 45-63 for 527 and 5 tds. It shows UCF's Achilles Heel is the passing game.
Great comeback win for ECU. Temple went down swinging.

I was surprised at that also. I guess he felt like couldn't risk giving ECU the ball at midfield. If Temple had any running game at all I think he would have gone for it. I agree with you though...timid coaching decision that might have cost them the win.

Temple is going to be pretty good next year. Im sure they will hit the portal to plug up some holes..but..they have a hell of a player to build around. Warner is VERY good.

We have a few good pieces, but we're just too slow. The tackling is abysmal. The OL is great at pass blocking, but they can't sustain blocks at all for run blocking. We need a lot to be really good.

I think Temple needs to find another home field. Whatever happened to the old venue they used to play in?

Temple is going to win a lot games with Warner when they get the right weapons in place around him. By the time we meet again in '24 he's going to be lights out.

See you in Dowdy-Ficklen in '24 04-cheers

I’m not sure what Temple’s coach was thinking by punting that last time. What did he really have to lose?

Temple has some players and a heck of a good QB. The Owls are on the way up, for sure.

Say what you want because we played like dogs after UC game in the last 2 games of the season especially on defense. No one can question QB1's toughness. From what I'm hearing he has a broken finger on his throwing hand, a dislocated shoulder that has popped out numerous times since the state game, a torn labrum in his non-throwing arm, a back problem since last season, and cracked ribs. It's amazing he's even playing.

I was going to post this after the game on Saturday. The students and fans deserve a venue that isn't like the Grand Canyon on gameday (and a venue that isn't charging you $1m in rent). Easy for me to say since I'm not the one writing the check, although if you sell meet and greets with Stella the Owl I'd happily donate.

Yikes. What a narrow escape. Good game Temple. New QB is a stud. Hope you can hold on to him.
