MAGAs may be using whataboutism as well as grossly mischaractorising their opponents positions more than anyone else right now, but it's not in any way unique to them. Most everyone in politics does it to some degree.

It's a Russian propaganda tool that was copied as a widespread tactic from Goebbels and NAZI Germany. The world has adopted it, however, MAGA since they're so closely aligned with Putin have leveraged it to a whole different level.

It is a MAGA favorite ploy. His take is accurate. Nobody said it wasn't being leveraged by anyone else to some lesser extent.

Biden can put together a cogent argument for things that he does. You might not agree, but it makes sense. Trump can't make a decent argument for anything because he knows so little and refuses to read anything that isn't totally obsequious towards himself. Walker - I'm not sure he can even read.

Spot on, but that's their ploy, to drag a dem down to their level. Because the reverse isn't possible, not in the least.

How can somebody who doesn't live in Georgia be elected a US Senator from that state?

Same way Arkansas native Hillary ran in NY, and NJ resident Dr. Oz ran in Penn. State residency requirements are typically minimal, and sometimes don't exist.
