3 conference teams in the kenpom top 150.
8 in the top 200.

Still a very young season and competition still varies greatly from game to game and program to program at this point of the season. The goal of this conference should be to have 3 in the top 100.

For what it’s worth, I did the math last night to see what each teams record was last year through the amount of games they have played so far this year. If we were to include the new teams and drop the old teams from the conference win total through the equivalent amount of games last year and compare it to where we are this year, as a conference we have 5 total more wins and I don’t believe we had any wins vs. P5 teams and we have racked up 4 or 5 so far this year!

What is Arkansas State good at?

Coastal gets a shot at another P5 win tonight at Mizzou. Get it done, Chants!

I"m mean, officially we're 3-0, but I'll be honest, i had us at 0-2 (likely 0-3) at the Cancun tournament start (Not sure who'd we be playing if we had lost to Liberty)

I mean i can't say this is a 'rebirth' cause of the conference move. but I don't know what it is.. I used to expect to look at the scoreboard and see another "L".. but now it's .. Okay, if we didn't get the Win, did we look good in the loss?

UL now 126 in KenPom. USM now 193 and South is 194. Keep chopping wood before we chop on each other in 5 weeks.

We dominate in track, and play above average in Golf and Soccer.

We just happen to be going through a spell where all of our Big 3 sports stink. Largely because of a terrible AD hire a couple years ago that we will likely still feel for quite a while.

South could have beaten New Mexico (3-0) #113 KenPom.
South should have beaten Oklahoma (3-1) #48 KenPom.
Alabama is really good (4-0) #11 KenPom.

What could have been if we could have managed to be 2-1 in these games. We have the Hostillo Hoops Classic this Friday-Sunday with a chance to get on track. We’ll play Evansville (1-4) #322, Towson (5-0) #81, and Robert Morris (2-2) #288. Then we’ll play FAU (4-1) #75 followed by UAB (4-1) #43. Hopefully we’ll snag some wins against the good teams.
