RE: This week's AAC basketball games
temple finishing the half terribly...let la salle go on a 8-0 the 1:30 of the half

halftim 29 la salle - 21 temple

a loss here and temple realistic shot at a tournament are for all practicall reasons done... temple with a half to try and save their season

If they can do that, it would make them the Philadelphia Big Five and City Six champions for the first time since 2010.

Temple seems to have shifted strategy from starting strong to finishing strong.

They've also found a unit, with Jourdain coming in off the bench, that is playing well together in the closing minutes.

Not an AAC game, but I was looking at West Virginia's team numbers because they play Xavier and I want Huggins to beat their ass. Wichita State fan favorite Erik Stevenson is banging home nearly 50% of his threes on the season and he hasn't been shy about taking them.

Pirates look to have rebounded well from the embarrassing loss. I like our new coach thus far.

Both ECU and USF are on track for a dominant thumping of their opponents.

6-3 we have some pieces going forward. I really thought this year could be an 8 win type of team. I don't think we finish last in the league.

Well for once USF shot the threes and beat Charleston Southern 79-59. Hey we need to celebrate any win at this point.

SC State was our 5th game in 8 days, legs were gone in the second half. SC State is one of the best rebounding teams in the nation. It was just a perfect storm that resulted in a loss.
