RE: 2022 Former Monarchs Thread
AJ has some really good offensive numbers despite him not hitting 3s. he's shooting 64% from the floor with an ORTG of 126. I hope that he is happy at Detroit as he seems like a good dude. Outside of his last year at ODU, he did not play that poorly.

Poor Kalu- just not playing well at Cincy and benched.

Hunter is playing the same he did here....steady.

Reece is playing very well offensively.

Godwin has some good numbers from 3 but pretty poor otherwise.

Brady is barely playing

Shanu is a reserve that isn't doing much.

Kalu has gotten back into the rotation playing 13, 18, and 22 minutes the last 3 games.

Kalu and Hunter would have really helped this year's ODU team. Another good ball handler and a strong inside presence.

But if those guys are still at ODU, who do we not land? Only so many scholarships going around and when they left Bryce was already signed, so 2 of the transfers wouldn't be here if they were. So it's really hard to tell what kind of team we would have this season given we dont know what the rest of the roster would look like. Do we miss out on Faizon or is it Ben instead of Kalu? Or if we have Hunter, do we miss out on TSG or Chaunce?

Stanley has been a huge disappointment, at least Kalu could hit a layup most of the time

I disagree. Though, I did have higher expectations on what I saw over the last summer, I think Stanley was fine. Averaged 10 points per game and would have probably been higher if he didn't constantly get injured...hammy, broken hand, knee.

His defense and rebounding left some things to be desired but we are missing his scoring ability.
