Not necessarily, it's not like anyone is getting an at large invite.
It just may be possible this year.
Highly unlikely. As Solo pointed out there would need to be almost a perfect scenario for it to happen.
If Charleston enters the conference tournament with 1 conference loss and only a loss to UNC, they're in without an automatic bid. I don't know the likelihood of that happening, but it is possible.
CofC has made it through the toughest part of their OOC schedule and should win out before hitting conference play. They finish with ODU, Citadel, Presbytarian, N. Greenville and Coastal Carolina.
Conference play
Home and home - Hampton, Towson, Elon, UNCW, Northeastern, Delaware
Home - W&M, Stony Brook, Hofstra
Away - A&T, Monmouth, Drexel
UNCW and Towson will be their toughest outs, but having Hofstra at home is a big plus. Their away games are cupcakes.
They have a real chance to come out of CAA play with 2-3 loses against decent rated teams and sweeping everyone else. If they win out their OOC games they should be ranked in the Top 25, and losses to UNCW, Towson or Hofstra won't really hurt them.
