Comes down to Troy and South at this point. Fight me.

I actually think South looks the best in the West so far. Well rounded team.

That was my bet at the beginning of the year and still is. I picked South simply because they had what looked like the much easier cross-division matchups. Troy almost pulled off both of theirs though. Troy vs USA will be a fun game to watch, and just next week we'll see what Louisiana has to say about all this.

Before the season started I had the Jags winning the West. Troy has been the real surprise IMO.

Not too surprised. Our issue last 3 years was not talent it was our ****** coaches. They are gone and we are seeing a marked improvement.

Still work to be done but we might be in for a quicker turn around then under Brown.

Hey, we just beat the preseason favorites in the west and the reigning SBC champs. We should be in the conversation. With that said, I think we are third presently behind Troy and South. Glad to see the West looking strong.

I don’t disagree…. Troy and South both have struggled with ULM even in our best of years. Glad you’re in Troy.

Power rankings I was really torn on how to rank you, USM, and ODU. I ended up going with what was a little less movement from my last rankings for now, but yeah after today I'd put you guys right there battling for third. Finally got to see a ULM game where you weren't supposed to either smoke an FCS or get smoked by an SEC/future SEC! Glad you should be off the ESPN bottom 10 watch list now, though GSU might be on it...
