As some may not know, we lost to the best team in Louisiana Saturday night.

Oh, you know that we lost to Louisiana but didn't know they, not LSU, are #1 in Bayou country.

Now we prepare to play the 2nd best team in Arizona Saturday night/Sunday morning.

Going to be a late game Saturday night. Playing Louisiana last week should prepare us well for this game. I'm looking for us to be competitive, have better QB play and establish our identity for this year. Are we a defensive this year? Are we an "Air it out' team? This is another very good team and if we can play like we did in the 1st half against UL, then I'd be happy knowing we have a skilled and tough team going into MAC play (plus the UMass game that is strangely located OOC on our schedule).

We haven't tried a FG yet but I like our kickoffs and the punting has been solid as well as Bird's snaps. That has been a bright spot so far.
