He comes back to the sideline with a sling on and the announcers are still talking about Hugh Freeze not being afraid to mix it up and change qb’s. Having a sideline reporter would help big time there.
South Alabama had a sideline reporter that was from Mississippi and she had a very country accent and she seemed incredibly nervous and it was difficult to watch. I’m glad she’s not there anymore and hope she found what worked for her.

They all have sound problems, annoying announcers, and cheesy halftime productions. I do think they are really trying. But, it's also pretty nice to know that you can watch every game. You have to take the good with the bad.
Before the rest of the conference starts complaining. Our current play-by-play guy is Pete Cordelli. He was a long time college coach and then radio personality in Memphis. He is way too loud and sounds like a random fan or local DJ.
At least ESPN brings in their own crew when the game is on one of the network channels.
One thing I wondered about on Saturday is the Instant replay capability. I suspect they have fewer cameras, and fewer angles to review when the school crew is in charge.
Instant Replay does not use the same cameras the broadcast uses. They can pull from the Broadcasts angles if one is better, but the SEC handles the SBC's replay reviews and provides the equipment.
