That was a beaut. Both Bronco goals came in the final 5 minutes of the match too.

None of the 3 Big 10 teams we beat appear to be great this year but still pretty cool to sweep them.

Maryland is the only PIG10 team ranked in top 25 at #14.

Akron is at #9.

So WMU is basically in first place in the B1G, right??

MAC Play begins in earnest shortly. Akron really good & ranked, not sure how the rest of the MAC is.

Going to be an uphill battle, unfortunately, for them to make the tournament. The field is based very closely on RPI and despite a legitimate effort to play a difficult schedule, the B10 teams WMU beat are languishing with very low RPIs as of now. At 5-1 WMU is down around 70th.

Will need at least one and maybe 2 wins over Akron to feel comfortable.

They've now won 7 in a row after dropping the opener, giving up 1 goal in the process. Last 5 games were all clean sheets.

Sitting at 42 now in the RPI, getting a bit of help from MSU rising. Akron games will still be critical. This is a very good team, a bit of a shame the nonconference schedule ended up looking so light since they obviously tried to schedule tough.

Put up 7 first half goals and cruised over Chicago State 7-1 today.

They're scoring a bunch of goals in these games. Scoring 4 goals to 0 is like winning a football game 28 to nothing. Great job by this team.
