Once again the best football team in Virginia plays in Harrisonburg. Looking forward to watching ODU beat a couple more before we smoke then in November.

Mikey and the Pirates are going to get steamrolled by NC State tomorrow. Then, I hope ODU steamrolls them next weekend. I detest ECU because I detest Mike Houston!

I only watched the highlights but Grant Wells might’ve robbed Tech for their NIL money. Every time I looked at the screen it looked like he threw a pick. Or any big completion looked harder than it really was because he couldn’t place the ball right.

I wonder if Marshall is feeling better about their new guy now or take comfort in knowing that they can coach a QB better than Tech.

CUSA is adding plenty of trash to their conference. They are replacing rotted banana peels for moldy ones.
The new AAC could be a battle for the bottom of FBS conferences and that bodes well for the Sun Belt with the new CFP.

The AAC had their chance......but......they chose MARKETZ!!

Congratulations to ODU on the W. The W was huge for their program, and the SBC. Well done!

The QB play on both teams was very suspect, however, ODU has some RB talent. ODU’s huge TE was a non-factor in the game. I would guess losing the OC so close to the start of the season was a factor in ODU’s mediocre offensive production. I think ODU should give the game ball to VT’s QB. Wells was terrible! I’ve got to think Marshall fans are rolling on the ground laughing.

Again, congrats to ODU on the big win!

ODU has a stout defensive line this year which I believe exacerbated Grant Wells tendency to turn the ball over. And our qb is better than what you saw in that game. It’s Week 1 for almost everybody so we’ll all see plenty of mistakes.

Good luck today versus Middle, I’ll be watching. Go Sun Belt!
