Some highlights related to facility improvements.

South End Zone: Have $14.5m out of $18m for updates. Trying to maintain same timeline and not make design cuts. Have feelers out to some more major donors. Plan is to have ready for 2024 season.

Indoor Practice Facility: Interested but top priority is South End One Complex. This would be the next logical project.

Baseball/Softball Facility Improvements (suites, locker rooms, scoreboards down baselines): Campus architecture is working on designs. Would like indoor pitching, club houses, locker rooms, etc. Would need a massive donation campaign. No current plans for more seating. There were plans in place to bring in temp seating if we would have hosted super regional.

They also completed the project where they added chair back seating on the home side and they will replace the lighting at the end of this season.
