What will be Sun Belt’s big upset game? Don’t think it will be by App. Beating UNC won’t be an upset and not thinking we’ll beat A&M. Georgia Southern vs Nebraska? Louisiana vs Florida State? Georgia State vs SC? Troy vs Ole Miss?

Off the top of my head...

TX St - you need to beat Nevada
USA - you need to beat UCLA (maybe a stretch? tell me i'm wrong)
Beach Chickens - you gotta beat Army
JMU - we need to beat MTSU (Louisville is not a decent shot at winning)

Louisville is always beatable.

Malik could torch us badly.. especially late season for us, and if a loss to us would roast their good season (if they are doing well)

This. And Id love to see USM beat LU, but don't see that as a "must win". Any P5 wins will be great but a bonus

Would be great if we go 3-1 to start conference play.

As a conference...a 3-1 average start is a nice stretch goal - let's do this (those mid year OOC make this a tough stay tho...)

I mean Notre Dame has a new coach and will be coming off a brutal game with OSU that could leave them decimated. We've got a glimmer of a chance there. If they somehow beat OSU we could totally be overlooked.

I think that would qualify, unlikely as it is.
