Who should Penn St’s protected rivals be?
Presuming the Big 10 goes to a 3-6/6 scheduling model and ditches the divisions, who should Penn St’s protected rivals be?

I can’t imagine the East Coast 3 not playing each other annually. Ohio St seems like an easy third choice.

For Michigan State we've played Penn State a lot towards year end and while we've had respect don't see them as rivals.
