Yeah, it is just too bad that, instead, we are excellent at the sports that the Department didn't want to sponsor (men's gymnastics, men's swimming, women's swimming ......). Not singling out any sport for the axe, but it is a problem that W&Ms athletic department is fat compared to most of our conference peers. Our only competition for offerings are Big East bankrolled Villanova(private) and Monmouth (private).

IMO, seems like 18-19 offered sports is the magic number.
