None of the press releases indicate where the headquarters is. It is reported it is about 5 miles away from the entertainment district. That district is in the NE part of the city. Does that mean the offices are somewhere south or southwest? I suppose so, but I can't picture where.

Me neither. I live about 5 miles south of Jerry's world and I can't imagine where the HQ is gonna be.

The current WAC offices are tiny. You don't need a lot of room or space to house the WAC. The HQ could literally be in a strip mall.

But yeah, the WAC could find a storefront, perhaps an abandoned MetroPCS or Supercuts. Wouldn't want to go so low as a smoke shop or payday check cashing.
