Not him. He no longer lives in Williamsburg. I agree though, it's definitely a Shaver doppelganger.

This made me look up Tony's twitter to see if he'd been active/up to much lately, no recent tweets but I did notice that Mann follows him, which was kinda interesting. Not something worth reading too much into, though

Tony has been busy helping rebuild/refurbish his mother's house, in High Point, NC.
