Joey McGuire has the donors fired up. Will take couple years to just really compete, and will take time for McGuire to get his kind of athlete in here.

OSU spent a ton on their facilities with Pickens, and BU built a new Stadium. They've seen success....now, hopefully this will elevate TTU football.

McGuire going to need a strong first year, though....

Premium seat additions is the way to go. Fewer seats but revenue multiplyer.
