There are a fair number of rematches, but not among the top 2-3 teams in a region, who you would be concerned might see each other multiple times over the weekend.

On the other hand, it's entirely possible Texas State got sent to Stanford because of the lack of available 2 seeds from out West that were not in the PAC 12.

If I'm Stanford, I'd much rather face a Gonzaga team that plays nearby, we've probably seen 100 times, and plays a similar game to other PAC 12 teams than a Sun Belt team that is a virtual unknown on the national stage that almost certainly doesn't have near the film.

Big game tomorrow. Didn't have to use our closer tonight and not much of bullpen either. Couldn't ask for much better today.

Austin Smith phenomenal out of the bullpen. Not having to use Stivors was big.

Stanford held back their ace today, so we'll get the Pac-12 pitcher of the year tomorrow. But our pitching sets up decently as well to compete. Should be a great game.
