We have got to get an AD on board and in charge so we can stop the bleeding.

He was the head women’s soccer coach for maybe two months. He apparently took a job at a soccer club in Kansas City. So frustrating..

With conference affiliation looming and the AD gone, these last few months have been brutal. I am not sure how this could have been avoided. I know it’s all connected and that the conference issue led to AD departure which is leading to more coaching turnover, but it just wouldn’t hurt as much if it wasn’t hitting all as one big issue.

First step is to get the AD in place, and hopefully one who will stay at least a couple of years.

I'd say the first thing that needs to be done is somehow, someway find a major influx of cash for the university as a whole. Along with that they probably need to clean house by streamlining everything they do.
I do not know anything about CSU, but they are in a low income area of a major city with very few students and too much overhead. This sounds exactly like GCU in 2004. In less than 20 years, GCU turned itself around. The infusion of major cash was the key.
