RE: Big guy got 50% kickback?
They really want Biden to hang on until January 21, so Kamala could run again in both 2024 and 2028. But two problems with that are showing theimselves:
1) Joe is getting very marginal on hanging on until June, much less January, and
2) The more we see of Kamala, the less electable she looks in 2024, not to mention 2028.
As for a 25th Amendment proceeding, if Biden opposed it (and Jill clearly would) then it goes to a vote in both houses of congress. If I were a senator or representative, and Joe Biden were crawling around on the floor slobbering in my shoes, I wouldn't vote to make Kamala the **** president.

I can only hope that my kids get deals that send 50% back my way. Joe raised them right.

So you hope you raised your kids to be cheats and crooks and a good chance a federal charges and maybe a conviction? That's a odd thing to wish on your kids...
I dont think you have pardon powers

If and that's a big IF, the Republicans wait until the 2024 elections to hang these two jokers, ahem, three with Joe's brother, they would be doing the wisest thing. It is of no importance to the Republicans to put the son and brother in prison if the Democratic president, Joe or Kamala, will just pardon them. The Repubs have got to wait until they're in office so that none of those three go home scott free because of political influence.

A president power of pardon reaches far and wide and there doesnt need to be a conviction or even an indictment. The pardon can be worded to start on "this date and all federal crimes committed before that date"
Biden will issues them before he leaves office and even if the only thing he can do is hold a pen and sign his name to the paper. Nothing anyone can do about it. Even if he doesn't know where he's at, why he's there, or where he's going....
it will be legal

Or Joe will resign and Kamala the **** will pardon all three of them, and democrats will say, "See, no conflict of interest."

So when does the democrat media start the conversation about pardons under the table to be whipped out later? Their accusations always give you insight as to what THEY are doing.

It's never been tested in court in the US, but the prevailing view is no. The pardon power in the Constitution doesn't say explicitly one way or the other, but allowing a self-pardon "would violate the principle that no one can be the judge in their own case." This article is dated and about speculation that Trump might issue a self-pardon, but the same reasoning applies to Biden now or to any other future President. We'll never know for certain unless and until a President tries and the Supreme Court decides the question -
