Knowing me it is possible I posted it back in February. I have not been on CSNbbs all that much. I need to go look it up just to see if I was the one that posted the original.

I know App has some nice athletic rooms and they are newer than some classrooms. But as an alumnus of App State I would never give a penny to athletics if classrooms were this bad in comparison.

I just don't know if I buy that picture being legit. How hard would it be to make some repairs and make that look halfway decent.

Different funds pay for different things and the state of La may be cutting way back on upkeep. It may have been a very temp situation between an event that was being fixed. But I also suspect it to be true, even if missing some context.
