Wyoming looked totally overwhelmed playing Indiana yesterday. Their point guard had double digit turnovers.

Indiana won the game with their defense, which caused Wyoming to make 11 more turnovers than Indiana made. Indiana took a 6 point lead at 14:04 in the first half and maintained that lead until the 0:17 mark in the second half (64-58), with Wyoming matching them basket for basket throughout most of the game.

However, it is an exaggeration to suggest that Wyoming was "totally overwhelmed." For most of the game, Wyoming only trailed by 5-6 points, and the game was still close enough at the 4:29 and 1:30 mark in the second half that Wyoming could have tied it with two unanswered perimeter shots.

Unfortunately for the MWC, however, this isn't working out for them so far.

Also Notre Dame finished third. I have been telling people they improved drastically over the season. Rutgers has too to be fair.

They proved they belonged by going to double-OT vs another barely-bubble team?

Rutgers was #77 in NET, #92 in RPI. And then they lose a play-in game.

Gotta be the worst ever, or in contention.
