Houston had 4 players play 30+ minutes today. Memphis had 3 players do the same.
I think it's going to come down to bench depth.
Hopefully, we have better refs for tomorrow's game.
Give us an impartial crew...we're going dancing officially...as AAC tournament champs.

Refs don't care now that SMU has been booted and the AAC will only get two slots. Good thing Duren/Williams only played half the game -- they'll be rested.

If White can't play we win going away...

If Duren can't play after X-Rays but White plays...We may be in trouble

If Neither play...Heck I don't know.

I think SMU played their way in to NCAA consideration. The AAC should have 3 teams in.
They beat us twice, and Houston...which gives them some pretty decent wins on the year. (and yes I know injuries and badly reffed games played a huge part of that)

the best part is that our guys did not wilt or back down in the face of bad reffing.
They kept their chins up...kept playing hard.
Duren coming back into the game after Williams fouled out was HUGE.

Agree on all points - there were some games early in the Season where a few had calls would have half the team slumping their shoulders.

Refs,
We don't need a impartial crew, we need a competent crew who understands u don't call ticky tac calls in
D 1 sports, fans come to see the players not the refs, these Dudes today should never ref another game and Ike must say they were impartial, they called terrible plays on both teams. The foul out call on Williams was
Absolutely ridiculous.
Ike complained about officiating one other time and that was the refs who jobbed Joey Magnifico in the temple
Game, that was a catch and cost us the game.
