I too like Timberlake. He has done well in spot minutes of late. Goes strong to the goal with the ball.

There is not a soul on this planet that Alo's lob would have been a dunk for. And I am not ragging on him, I thought he played really well overall last night.

However, I have noticed all season he tosses lobs for showtime finishes instead of conversions. He has missed a ton of lobs this season throwing them 15' and 16' feet in the air instead of at the rim. It is almost like he is shooting it with arch and that really seems to mess the timing up.

The early bounce pass was there...He chose to wait for the lob.

That is what bothers me at times.

I kid of course. I also thought that one was a tad too high for anybody on our current team to be able to get to. Glad it didn't hurt us in the overall result of the game.

I think since we are in Texas, we should expect lopsided calls in favor of SMU. I think it'll be even worse if former President Bush is in the house. There seems to be some hint of it.

The only thing that will help is if the refs are called on it by the fans present, the coaching staff and the voices on the thread. After all big brother is always watching and sometimes he wears a Zebra suit.

Of course some zebras seem to be psst there prime - slow, old and blind. I see him in my mirror every day.

I still think they need 4 refs for the tournaments.too much going on.
