When I saw the tweet this weekend I was really shocked. Nobody at Tarleton puts out stuff like this as we have been a play it close to the vest institution.

So I am wondering if this is part of a plan or did he do it on his own? I think if he did this on his own, it would have been deleted by now. At the time of my post, the tweet is still up.

Claiming a 24k seat stadium, claiming FCS (while still transitioning) and claiming FBS is on the horizon even though they have twice been rejected by CUSA which also happens to be the only remote shot that TSU has at FBS.

There's an implicit insult in calling a 29-3 loss "given away".

It's either an insult to ACU Football or Tarleton's math department.

Tarleton has mucho respect for ACU - our biggest rival and they're killing it in the WAC. This particular game, however, I think they would even agree Tarleton gave it away. Can't turn the ball over SIX! times and expect to win, even when you physically dominate and outgain your opponent.

I hope you are right. But, there are too many things going on to make believe that something is not in the works. I personally don't like the make up of the flyover conference but its not my decision.
