Honestly, why? We don’t need another massive market school that offers nothing in football.

Just curious what massive market school that offers nothing in football you currently have in the league...?01-lauramac2

I don't think they offer "nothing" in football.

USF once ranked as high as #2 in the nation, in 2007.

Now, I do think they fit the AAC profile of big city, not necessarily successful overall football schools, but they've had had some good seasons over the years. They're not without strengths.

And we have to be honest with ourselves, too. The SB only had four out of ten teams .500 or above last year. There is a lot of potential, considering our recruiting grounds, stadiums, and many of the teams' historical success, but there is still plenty of growth to do.

The new AAC is not the lesser conference yet. The Sun Belt has to prove it.

Haha I know it sounds like it was a dig at GSU but it was two separate thoughts and not a comment about you guys.

Okay I’ll concede and rephrase. They currently offer very little upside. They have eyes on the Big XII though and so they’ll never join the SBC so it doesn’t really matter.
