we used to have a kick ass women's rifle team, don't know if that is still the case.
Actually, it's co-ed now, but there aren't many schools involved, so bragging about success there is a bit of a stretch.
Interesting that they thought they needed a segregated league for this. Seems like a sport where co-ed makes sense

I know Tulsa and Houston are at the top and Cincinnati is surprisingly low.
I don't know what your obsession with us is. This isn't the first time I have seen you talk about Tulsa when no Tulsa fan is even on the thread. In fact, no Tulsa fans are on this board anymore. I only check ocassionally to keep up with other members and wish them luck here and there.
Anyway, I don't know what is wrong with being happy about having a good soccer team, softball team (not this year), cross-country (national title last two years in individual events), lady's golf team, and good tennis teams. No one bags on ECU for having a great baseball team. Instead, and rightfully so, they are congratulated.

So UH should leave the AAC with the most titles of anyone and it looks like it’ll take Memphis probably a decade to pass us even with us not competing.
All time series record men's basketball: Memphis 35, Houston 20.
All time series record football: Houston 16, Memphis 14.
Yep, domination, all right.
P.S. Those other sports don't mean jack, except to message board wonks with no real argument.
As mentioned by the other poster when you add track and field and this years basketball conference Houston has 35 titles to Memphis’s 6.
Houston’s include 4 basketball titles and a few baseball titles, track and field complete domination with 7.
Carl Lewis’s sprinters have won nationally as well. That matters when many high school athletes run track during the off season. Memphis really isn’t competitive in the American. Prolly why y’all are left behind.

Not that it makes a big difference, but ECU has 8. Wasn't updated for '21 regular season baseball championship, until now.

UCF now has 34 (Women's Basketball Tourn Champs....also won the regular season too...which I'm not sure counts for this list).
