OSHA gives up on unconstitutional actions
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/...ule-defeat

"Some companies are reconsidering their vaccine mandates in the wake of the Biden administration’s decision to withdraw its requirement that companies mandate vaccinations for workers.

A survey conducted last week, before the Occupational Health and Safety Administration withdrawal but after the Supreme Court ruled the mandate unconstitutional, found just a third of businesses plan to continue requiring their workers to get vaccinated...."

It is extremely unlikely that there is anywhere near 1/3rd of companies who are not involved in a medical field (where they can mandate without getting sued) that are keeping the mandate. There is not one company I work for or who I work with where this is true.

based on the scotus ruling, I can’t imagine any non-med corp. willing to subject themselves to the obvious ensuing lawsuits…

what’s really sad is the x% the scotus hosed…

I don't know. Remember that Biden's vaccine mandate wasn't really a 100% vaccine mandate; it was really a "Vaccine And Testing rule" to require weekly testing for non-vaccinated employees.

Also, a disproportionate number of companies are headquartered in NYC & other big cities. So their CEOs have a different idea of what's acceptable for COVID policy than you or I do.

And that's not even counting European-owned or Japanese-owned companies, which employ about 6% of the private sector workforce.

Or multi-nationals that have European leaders.
