Ok, I'm confused... how many football buildings can you have? We got the new stadium, we got the indoor practice facility... one would think those are all you need... but apparently we need another. The article mentions it will have luxury locker rooms... will it be attached to the stadium?

Anyone care to fill in the blanks?

A football operations building is usually separate than an IPF or stadium. It usually moves all football coaches offices, players locker rooms, weight room and meeting rooms there. Some schools have them as stand alones, attach to stadium or attached to IPF.
In the case of USF the plan was for it to be built attached to IPF, now that an OCS is in play the talk is that it would probably be attached to stadium and IPF.
Is a good move for football and it will give the other sports the room football occupied in your athletic buildings
