In a typical offseason, how many players fit each category:

1) Rule 5 eligible
2) Can be non-tendered
3( Entering last arbitration hearing
4) Entering walk year (but isn’t likely to retire next winter)

I checked the non-tender list the other day. I was surprised, along with the Rule 5 info I got here, how few players are effected by those processes.
