And will C-USA be a "Pay-for-Play" conference?

Nope.

Nor will the MAC, the Sun Belt, the AAC, or the Mountain West. These schools struggle financially as it is. None of them are going to be able to afford to lose their tax exempt statuses. The Power 5 schools are going to become for-profit institutions regularly paying taxes like a corporation. They won't have to adhere to Title IX, so they'll be able to offer a scholarship to whoever, whenever, for whatever.

None of the current Gang of 5 schools except for maybe some of the private schools would ever be able to do that.
