Yes.

Geesh I was sure they were gonna call an intentional foul there. Haven't shown the replay of the foul call on the drive tho. Kinda looked like the UB player just lost the ball, but hard to tell is there was contact without a replay.

Regardless, the refs - well, one ref - are absolutely affecting the outcome of the game.
