RE: Ball State vs. Toledo Game
Great “sandwich” win between rival game against BG and First place game against OU. Tonight, was the first MAC game we got beat on the boards, which was a major factor in The Cardinals staying close in the first half. Once we began hitting the boards and running our motion offense better in the second half, we took total control. That Sparks from Ball St is a load underneath, he is going to be a major player on the interior over the next 3 or 4 seasons. 21 Assists and only six turnovers shows that we played a clean game. Balanced scoring again led by a great game by Ryan Rollins who almost had a triple double for the second consecutive game. Now comes the big one down in Athens and you got to think Toledo is going into a hornet’s nest at the Convo Friday night. First impressions are that I think both teams are similar in style of play, staring five matchups and bench depth. It is going to take a great effort on the part of the Rockets to come out with a road win against a very good team in that environment, but something they are more than capable of doing if they are on top of their game on both ends of the court. That Rollins vs, Sears matchup is going to be fun to watch!

Not only Rollins/Dennis vs. Sears but Milner vs. Carter and Shumate vs VanDerpyClaus too. The rest of our team has an edge. Moss will be need to win his matchups.

Edu will need to give us 2 points, 2 rebounds and a block in about 8 mins of play to make me Happy.

Looking at play-by-play I see Milner with 0 first half rebounds and 7 during first 15 minutes of 2nd half. LINK

RE: Ball State vs. Toledo Game
Carcoana wants to put it off the glass, I say go hard big guy and dunk that damn ball ? Everyone saw what Sparks can do out there, it would not surprise me he eventually transfers out and plays for a power 5 team. I pulling for Jacobi to have a breakout game, let's say for now 12 points with 6 boards. Sure I would like to see Edu, hopefully it won't hurt the chemistry that this team possesses right now. Of course Edu can be that very good defensive presence with his shot blocking ability and rebounding. I want to see more of Hill and what he can do in relief of Dennis for the rest of the season. UT's team defense will win a lot of games. As far as OU is concern, BG gave them a good game at their place and so can the Rockets.
