Auburn looks better than Gonzaga. I'm impressed.

Can't believe we're only 50 days away from bracket now. 7 weeks from Sunday.

So glad we got 137 games in today. only 7 games cancelled/postponed.

Last year we got 4,196 games in before the NCAA tourney. This year already we have gotten in 3,441. So only like 750 fewer than all last year before the tourney.

Belated post here, but there were a couple of astounding turnaround game scores Sunday.

Evansville had a 41-point turnaround, losing at Illinois State Friday, 94-56. The Purple Aces paid back the Redbirds in Indiana Sunday, 56-53.
UMass beat St. Louis in Amherst Thursday, 91-85. In the return game Sunday, the Billikens rolled the Minutemen, 90-59.

I wanted to post this earlier but I was vacationing.

Anyone see Hoosier fans storm the court after beating Purdue? I’m embarrassed for IU. Hoosier fans storming the court after beating the #6 team in the country during the regular season.

This would be the equivalent of Louisville storming the court after beating Kentucky or vice verse. You would never see Louisville or Kentucky storm the court.

It’s a tradition at UofL and UK to never storm the court. Neither program ever has. I’m sure other programs have the same tradition. I don’t know about UK but if some exuberant student tries to emulate something he’s saw on ESPN in Louisville, he usually gets tackled before getting on the floor. The last time I remember one of our morons trying to storm the court was when UofL beat #1 Syracuse in the last game at Freedom Hall. Thankfully a cheerleader clotheslined him. It was hilarious.

As a Hoosier I’m embarrassed for my IU friends.

This Indiana fan since 1987 was very displeased.

1. Storming the court has become cliched

2. IU fans should "act like they've been there."

Sadly, the Hoosiers have been so bad (by their standards) for so long that many young IU fans ... (you get the picture).

On another negative note, IU got pounded by Michigan (in Bloomington, no less) the next game.

I’m glad you guys prevent any clown jerk to storm the court. Tackle him or clothesline him every time. Good on your cheerleader for stomping his butt. I’d pay good money to watch her kick his ass

I was at the Kentucky/Notre Dame game in December when ND stormed the court. It was a pretty amazing experience to be on the court. College sports is fun.

Have UNC fans ever stormed the court? I would guess not.
UNC fans certainly wouldn’t storm the court after beating the #6 team in the Dean Dome in a regular season game.

Teams that beat Louisville over 70% of the time can do what they want.

I would give you 10 points worth of approval (were that an option) for such clever word play. This grizzled micro-beer enthusiast lifts his mug on high and salutes you, good sir.

PCC Eagles lose in a blowout to Trinity Baptist College, 51-73, @ Trinity Baptist.

@Bob Jones, PCC's biggest rival, I might add, was cancelled.

I was imagining a pre-season tournament where each conference would select a team that had never been to the NCAAT. For conferences where all teams had been it would be the team longest out of the tournament.

The representative of the B1G would be Indiana.

Has IU become the NW of the B1G?
