My daughter went to college in Laie before entering nursing school. She loved it so much she went back to work at
Tripler Army Hospital near Honolulu for 4 years.

Being played on CBS Sports, in Orlando because Hawaii no longer has a stadium to host the event.

Not worry. A new Aloha Stadium is on the way.

Looks like it could be years before it is completed.

Not sure the city has even decided what they are going to build. How long is the NCAA going to let the play games on the practice field???

Actually it's the state not the city. Looks like the process is already down the tracks.

As for Ching Field, I am sure the NCAA will allow it given its a temporary 3 year situation.

Says construction is expected to begin in 2023, that means at best its 2025 before games are played there. And that’s if things go right over the next 3 years. Hopefully thing go well.

Unfortunately this game is a pay per view only event, so won’t be watching this one. But represented teams are stAte, App, GaSo, Coastal and new comers JMU, ODU and Marshall.

Surprised they couldn’t find someone to broadcast this event. I can only imagine families are paying the $19.95 to watch this thing.

Shame it wasn't easier to watch. ODU's Roger Cray, CB, a WKU transfer. Took the MVP Defensive Player.

Things aren’t right in Hawaii. These sound very UAbish right before they shut it down.

Senior Bowl, played in our house, comes on the NFL Network at 1:30 central. I’m sure most of our schools will be represented.

I hope the field is properly painted. 03-banghead

It was painted but we’ve had a lot of rain and it was wearing away and probably needed to be repainted. I’m not sure they were able to do that, but if they did it would have had to be done this morning.

Blue sky day in Mobile today, surprised the stadium isn’t full. Hopefully it still fills in some. Mobile has always done a good job supporting this game.

UVERSE had a falling out with the NFL Network and now we don't get it. Sucks. Probably should have just droven over the 45 minutes to Mobile to watch the game in person.

RE: Hula Bowl(and other all star games)
National team won again, best I can tell that was the North team. Not sure why they insist on the National-American format, needs to go back to North-South. Looked like a good day in Mobile for the game, field looked good, wondering if all the paint will come off before next season.

The Senior Bowl is just another thing I miss about no longer living in Mobile. That was always a fun day, no matter the weather. 04-cheers
