COVID-19 Games Cancelled in the MAC
There have been 24 basketball games that have been cancelled in the MAC so far this year. Nine men’s and fifteen women’s games. Toledo is the only school that hasn’t had a game cancelled.
All 24 games now have been rescheduled for later this season. Monday’s for the women and Thursday’s for the men.

RE: COVID-19 Games Cancelled in the MAC
Ohio U’s game tomorrow at CMU has been postponed due to COVID issues with the Chips. Toledo and Kent St are the only teams that have not had a game cancelled yet due to COVID. The advantage with that is neither the Rockets or Golden Flashes will have to play Thursday night games which forces teams to play 3 games in a particular week. As of today, if they reschedule the Ohio/CMU for a future Thursday night,
the following are the amount of makeup games each team has to play to hopefully get to the 20 game threshold that will equalize it for everyone:
Akron (3), CMU (3), NIU (3), Buffalo (2), EMU (2), Miami (2), Ohio (2), Ball St (1), BG (1), WMU (1), Kent St (0) & Tol (0).
As for how the rescheduled games impact Toledo currently:
*Ohio will be playing at Toledo on Tues. Feb. 8th – their 4th game in 7 days. *Miami will be playing at Toledo on Sat. Feb. 26th – their 3rd game that week.
*Toledo will be playing at Buffalo on Tues. Mar. 1st – the Bulls 4th game in 7 days.
Hopefully these 3 teams will be “gassed” when they play Toledo!

Thanks for listing the affect on the Rockets with the rescheduled games. I figured there might be some advantage for Toledo but was too lazy to look them up.

Buffalo now has 3 games to make up as their tomorrow night's home game against CMU has been postponed due to continued COVID issues with the Chips.
