The standings are a mess with teams having played anywhere from 2 to 6 games

Tim Floyd rules apply - plus 1 for road wins and minus 1 for home losses.

Hopefully we see the cancellations becoming less and less

So which Texas Team is getting the Covid outbreak this week?

I'm just going to go ahead and pretend jmu didn't play today. At one point in the first half, Elon was 11/16 from three and the game somehow got worse after that.

Side note: Balado went on a rant about how the league should be enforcing forfeits if they aren’t going to allow rescheduling

Most of it was aimed at Little Rock, I’m gathering he and Darrel Walker aren’t sending each other Christmas cards

That was the rule for football. When you have 85 scholarship players you should be able to field a team. Basketball is quite different.

It's been a crapshoot due to covid and injuries. Intermittent basketball activities has been a major program killer. The team hasn't held a full week of practice with starters until last week, midway through the season. 2 starters played regularly all season.

We have all the starters returning to practice this week before App, but regressed conditioning will be a real issue.

News to me that SMU was joining the Belt. Guess they didn't want to share a conference with the 6 from Cusa.

Coastal women have COVID-19 so no games for them this weekend. They were to host the Lousianas; ULM today and the Cajuns on Saturday.

Probably for the best as a bad ice storm is expected in the coastal region starting tomorrow morning.

This may be the first week of no men s cancellations. I see on the women s side Coastal has cancelled both their games vs the Louisiana schools this week
