I don’t expect a regular diet of major bowls, but there’s no reason we can’t regularly go to lower to mid-level bowls and be a respectable program. But we have to get the right coach. I’m hoping Leipold is the one.

He seems like it, I mean he built Buffalo without major resources. Where were the players primarily recruited from in the glory years of KU football?

It was a smattering. Like Missouri with Chase Daniel, our QB Todd Reesing was an undersized Texan who’d been overlooked by the likes of uT and aTm.

Gotcha, does KU normally get a lot of its players from Texas?
