I see Baylor has opted to go with a downsized arena as well. Honestly the way to go.

Gorgeous design, but I'm slightly surprised they didn't keep it in the 9-10K range.

They want it to be full for mid week games. Texas is going from 16,000 at the Drum to 10,000 in their new arena.

This is part of a $700 million downtown development that if accomplished will transform Waco.

I agree with the new size Baylor is going with, it will make for a better atmosphere with a full to mostly full arena vs. a bunch of empty seats.

I don't see a lot of premium seating.

I think it will have a club area that is premium. May have some loge seats. Not sure.
