This year's UCF 2022 recruiting class is certainly the best "HS" recruits that UCF has ever hauled in.

While those in the transfer portal may attract more attention now, HS recruits will always be the base and quality depth the team needs over time. (UCF saw what happened this year when key units had so little depth).

No one has signed anything yet so this is all subject to change tomorrow.

Malzahn has been great! Very good recruiter! Might be the best class in program history.

Some of this might be situational to this season too. Miami and Florida both had coaching changes. Miami and the Manny Diaz thing dragged for weeks and really killed any recruiting momentum. Florida and Dan Mullen wasn't as dramatic but I feel like Mullen is a better recruiter than Napier... but I guess time will tell.

Wow, Florida has really fallen off a cliff.

Bigger shocker is that of the Top 20 Florida players only two, #7 and #17 to FSU has committed to a Florida school.

That’s horrible showing from Florida,FSU and Miami.

Georgia with three of top 10 has to be a killer for UF

Everybody has been raiding the state. The good thing is that many want to transfer home.

UF #10 last year and #12 next year. Dan Mullen was a terrible recruiter.

Not to take anything away from the other schools, Florida will bounce back. Good to see ucf making the most of every opportunity.

Townsend is signed! That's a good flip on signing day.

yeah townsend was one of those that officially visited in the summer, but that "P5" BS was a hangup for him. now it's like why sign with a b12 team all the way in iowa when i can sign with one down the road.

Deion Sanders deserves a P6 jobs. I can't imagine the FSU fan base keeping Norvell very long with Coach Prime's shadow looming.

True, my bad just saw the FSU commit and made the assumption.

FSU's class might fall apart still.

Hunter is gone.

5 of FSU's remaining 4-stars left there status as verbal. FSU just got clowned on the national stage. These remaining verbals are going to open their recruitment back up.

FSU signed
3: 4-stars
7: 3-stars

That's probably enough to still be the best recrutining class in the state. Would have been nice if UCF signed 1 more 4-star.
