D tightened up. Got to get the O on track. Our play calling is predictable and vanilla so far.

Well that SUCKED...Defense came to play. Just not enough weapons on offense. But, congrats on a great season. Definitely something to build on.

It could've been worst. Think about those three field goals we held them to were touchdowns? I guess now, what coach will get hired away and what players will transfer? We're never gonna get ahead. We're going to the Sunbelt AKA a conference that's slightly below the American. Hopefully we don't get dominated up front like we did today.

Did I miss something late in the season? I know I had a few drinks yesterday (a lot really) but looked to me like Blake Watson and LaMareon James switched numbers….

nope, but I did notice that the TV crew talking about once we made the QB change we went on the winning streak. Then they went on to say that Watson also became the primary RB at the same time and that also contributed to the streak. Stated that more than once I believe. I was wondering where that came from since Watson has been our primary back all year as Lala has been hindered by some injuries.

My guess would be James changed to #2 in order to allow him and Smartt to play special teams at the same time.

James actually changed his number to #2 because of a fallen high school friend/teammate.

Good stuff from Harry here. Happy I was able to make the trip with so many other Monarchs. Our planning for the UVA and ECU road trips next year have already begun.

I have Charlotte, UAB, EmptySue, WKU and USM in a day driving distance in CUSA but with the move to FunBelt i have GaSt with out leaving the City, GaSo in and Appy, Coastal, Troy, USA and USM with in driving distance which is half of east and west divisions. I like the fact that i can work around my unpredictable work schedule a little bit better with so many options and be at more games with in half day notice assuming tickets are available. Being in ATL certainly helps even with flying options.

I really like the video, and like even more the perseverance and leadership behind it. Making a bowl game after a 1-6 start is not common, regardless of conference, and really proud how this VERY young team made it happen. Coach Rahne gets it, and his players get it, and with a couple of good recruiting classes, the Sun Belt will get it, as well. Good stuff,
