Not sure we need 40k but I'd like 30k seats with room to expand if needed.

East side needs a full blown revamp. Luxury boxes, large bathrooms, concessions, concourse level.

That would be better. App could make one of the nicest 37,500 seat stadiums in the country that just bowls in all sound.
Of course that requires App alums and others who may not be alums to donate outside of buying tickets and spending time.
