Aree. Those guys are doing a good job.
The PBP guy sounds like Bob Odenkirk. Makes me think of Breaking Bad.

He is a freshman who is raw and needs to develop. Maybe he turns out good, and then again maybe not but I feel far better about him with our current coaching staff. Still a much better long term investment than Love or Okongo was. That said, Okongo has impressed me this season, again I think he has benefited from the coaching change.

Agreed Jerry. It’s a shame Okongo got in foul trouble, because he’s still our best option defensively. But I see the potential in Njie for sure. Once the game slows down a bit for him, the offense will come. You can see the makings of a good big man.

Yeah, if we had a Boykins and Theron (Wilson) Farrakhan would be unstoppable.
We don't have much up front so Farrakhan and M. Scott have to score all over the court.
I said it when Heath got here. His most important recruit was Ty Groce, it did not happen, perhaps that mountain was too steep to climb.

Not hard on the ears. They know players on both sides (usually not the case). Call a pretty good job don't get lost in trivia, etc.
I watched a replay of the George Mason / Maryland game on BTN. Normally BTN is a decent network. Lot of he... they... simply didn't do their homework.
Worst: The 'analyst' spent 27 of a 30-second Mason talking about COACHES APPAREL. One (name) wears suit, another (name) wears sweatshirt, another (name) wears warmup suit. (these were well known coaches they were talking about). What a waste.

Every time it seems like momentum might switch in NKU’s favor, Noah Farrakhan hits a jumper. He’s as cool as they come tonight.

I love his hustle but I STILL THINK Darion needs to be playing in Division 2. He is very strong, he could cover his lack of offensive skills with pure physical ability and be a force. McBride could subsequently get his minutes.
Nevertheless Murphy and now Heath seem to feel different. I just can't figure out what I am missing.

He’s big for a guard and quick. Easily our best perimeter defender. I agree about the offense though. He probably should be a “15-20 minute a night max” guy. McBride is no slouch defensively, and should definitely be playing more.

I completely agree! We need another scorer! I was thinking Golson could be that player!

Really bad stretch of offense right now. Forcing everything. Need someone to take over.

RE: Northern Kentucky
Nate Scott hits a 3, makes 2 free throws, muscles in a layup, and then draws a charge, all in the span of a few minutes. He’s been so good tonight.
And Spottsville hits a 3!

We are going to get a dissertation from Miggy about why Monty Scott hasn’t been getting the ball in the last few minutes. Get ready for some reading material.

Terrible defensive stretch. Not sure why Golson is in the game right now.

What a wild finish...
What an unfortunate slip on the out of bounds through in.

Ugh. Good game. Should’ve won, but this team will learn. Defensive effort in the 2nd half was not good. Hopefully that’s a point of emphasis moving forward.
