Settle down, don't get any ideas...
Dont worry. If last year is any indication, McCall will come back with a vengeance just before Georgia State week for yall..
He's got 3 years in college so draft eligible. He may come out. I think he's a 1st or 2nd round pick.

You think McCall is a 1st round pick? I haven't seen anything from McCall that says he's better than a 4th. He isn't running a pro style offense with pro style route concepts, he's often throwing to guys wide open, and I've yet to see him take many vertical shots that are contested throws. There is a lot that scouts are going to need to see from him before he's considered a Day 1 or Day 2 pick.
He's a great QB for Coastal's offense, and in College Football. I just don't see how his skillset translates to the NFL.

Wut lol. His skill set is being the highest-rated QB in college football without a close second. He is top five most accurate and averaging the longest yards per pass. Also, he is mobile and makes nothing but good decisions with the ball. What exactly in his "skill set" is not NFL worthy? They do not run the triple option lol they throw as much as they pass.
I don't think any opinion from an App fan can be taken seriously with CCU lately and the other way around the pettiness is at an all time high.

Questioned the greatness of Mr. Eyeblack himself! CoCa fans are not exactly known for their thick skins. I am just worried that he may have ruffled some fragile feathers.
Mccall is clearly a great college QB but it is very hard to tell if his skills will translate to a pro career. I have zero idea if you would or would not have a pro career.

You're not looking at advanced statistics. Most long completions I've seen from McCall have been plays where he is throwing medium depth passes that his guy takes to the house. The App game is actually a great example. He had a massive number of yards and a very high YPA but I don't recall a single throw that traveled more than 30 yards from the LOS.
He's very accurate in the short and intermediate passing game but beyond that there isn't a huge sample size. Sure, his accuracy in these areas is elite, but NFL QB's have to be able to push the ball vertical to keep the defense honest. Otherwise it's T Time on the running game and QB.
So what about his skill set doesn't translate well? The lack of evidence that he can consistently throw the deep ball with accuracy and timing.
This isn't pettiness. But lets not pretend he is Zack Wilson, Justin Fields, or Mac Jones.

Clearly it’s says something that you triggered Louisiana guys can’t even stop and realize neither of the two discussing McCall’s draft worthiness were in fact Coastal fans. Just lobbing triggered grenades upon assumption or poor reading comprehension, and then feign surprise that someone comes back at you.

What are you talking about? You speak of reading comprehension but it seems like you might be lacking in that area.

I mean, not really.
App guy says he does not think mccall would be 1st rounder
I post that he may have started something.
I give mccall credit for being a great QB but admit I have zero idea about his NFL future.
Chaos ensues.
cc fans get sad.
Mod has to rescue their hurt fe fes.
I think that is about it.
