Good News for CUSA
With the confirmed additions of the four new schools today, I think its very likely that WKU and MTSU are staying. If WKU and MTSU were going to the MAC, CUSA would have announced more than 4 additions. My guess is that the MAC overplayed their hand with the GOR demands. Maybe it will still get worked out but I doubt it. To much time has passed now. Obviously some big issues to overcome if (and that's a big if) that it happens.

Congratulations to everyone. And I will say that with this lineup, basketball will be better than the MAC on day one. Football will have a ways to go but there are some good schools there than will keep the level of competition on par with the MAC as well. I think if CUSA can coax Missouri State, that would be the icing on the cake and a job well done by CUSA.

That's the hope and the best outcome, I agree. CUSA should also make a serious push to add DBU for baseball. That would instantly make the new CUSA a very strong basketball and baseball conference. The football is not too shabby either with good potential for growth.

RE: Good News for CUSA
I think wku will leave, leaving 4, hence only four announced additions rather than 5, or 3.
