If you have to pick, Go Ohio! Since at some point the tie-breakers go to crossover opponents strength, Toledo plays Ohio and Ball St plays Miami, since NIU has beaten Toledo and holds the tie-breaker head-to-head over them, root against Miami because NIU currently holds no such advantage over Ball St.

WMU and Ball are the biggest threats. With all those 2 loss teams if NIU ends up in any tie I’d bet it will be a 3-way tie. Worst (realistic) case is we lose to Ball AND WMU. Then we want Toledo or EMU tied with us at two losses along with either Ball or WMU. For now anyway-root against Ball and WMU.

Oh damn, we do play tomorrow. I was excited for nothing. But on a positive note, we are all excited for NIU football again.

They brought up MACtion on PTI this evening and Wilbon asked Kornheiser if he would be watching and he said no he will be watching the World Series.

I won't be watching the WS but I'm excited for MAC football.

With that said, I am dumbfounded every time I find out someone voluntarily watches something other than a live sporting event on ESPN.
